Products
We take reasonable care to describe our products accurately, including notes, sizes, longevity, and appearance. However, fragrance is subjective and can smell different on different skin. Colours of packaging and bottles may vary slightly from screen depictions due to lighting and monitor calibration. Product availability is not guaranteed and may change without notice.
Pricing and Payment
- All prices on bradaofficial.com are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We reserve the right to change prices, discounts, and promotional offers at any time without prior notice.
- Payment must be completed at the time of order via the payment options available at checkout, including UPI, cards, net-banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery where offered.
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment authorisation (for prepaid orders) or order placement (for COD).
Orders and Acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. BRADA reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its discretion, including in the following situations:
- Product is out of stock or mis-priced,
- Suspected fraud, abuse of promotional codes, or bulk-reseller activity,
- Delivery address is non-serviceable,
- Payment authorisation fails.
If we decline your order, we will notify you and, in the case of a prepaid order, refund the amount to the original payment method.
Promotional Codes and Offers
Discount codes are subject to their individual terms, expiry dates, and eligibility conditions. They cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. BRADA reserves the right to modify or withdraw any offer, promo code, or bundle deal at any time.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are indicative and not guaranteed.
Returns and Refunds
All sales are final. Please review our Refund & Returns Policy before placing an order.
Intellectual Property
All content on bradaofficial.com — including the BRADA name, logo, product names, label artwork, photographs, copy, and site design — is the property of BRADA and is protected under Indian intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any of it without our prior written consent.
User Conduct
When using bradaofficial.com, you agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose,
- Attempt to breach or bypass security measures,
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information,
- Scrape, copy, or resell content or product data,
- Abuse promotional codes or place bulk orders for resale without our authorisation.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BRADA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, including allergic reactions or skin sensitivities. Users are advised to perform a patch test before regular use if they have sensitive skin. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the order in question.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from your use of bradaofficial.com or your purchase from BRADA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India, in the jurisdiction of our registered business address.

BRADA reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
