Free Shipping — Pan-India
We offer free shipping across every PIN code in India, on every order, with no minimum value. Whether you order one 30ml or a full seven-fragrance discovery set, delivery is on us.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 working hours of being placed. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Estimated Delivery
- Metro cities: 2 – 4 working days from dispatch
- Tier-2 cities: 3 – 6 working days from dispatch
- Remote / non-serviceable PIN codes: 5 – 9 working days from dispatch
Delivery timelines are indicative and depend on the courier partner, weather conditions, local restrictions, and destination accessibility. BRADA is not liable for delays caused by the courier or by conditions outside our control.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email and SMS. You can also track your order any time via the Track Your Order link in the footer of our website.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available on all serviceable PIN codes across India, with no additional fee. Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your delivery address, PIN code, and contact number before placing the order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Failed Deliveries
Couriers typically attempt delivery two to three times. If the courier is unable to complete delivery due to an incorrect address, an unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept, the parcel will be returned to us. A re-shipping fee may apply if you request re-delivery. Please refer to our Refund Policy for further details.
International Shipping
At this time, BRADA ships only within India.
